Dear Hugo Leiter,

Would you like to learn more about Free Software in the legal context? Complying with legal obligations doesn't have to be a daunting task!

We are very happy to invite you to our first Legal Education Day. This online event is open for everyone to join. It will include different talks, Q&A sessions and 101 explanation of copyright law, licenses and our initiative REUSE. Trademarks, Patents, and Containers are more advanced parts of our agenda as well.

The final agenda and more details will be shared on our homepage[1]. So, please stay tuned!

We are aiming to support the process of understanding and complying with the legal frameworks and licensing obligations of Free Software developers and users. This will keep you and your software project safer from legal threats, while it helps to build a healthy Free Software environment for everyone based on openness and community.
