mi sapete consigliare uno spellchecker open source che funziona sotto windows (non insultatemi ;-)
Intendo dire che è in grado di leggere il testo dentro notepad o outlook e segnare ev. errori ...

Dubito che notepad supporta dei plugin per lo spell checking. Pero' esistono dei text editor ottimi su Windows, tra cui:
notepad++ con aspell vim con {ispell,aspell} sono sicuro che esiste una cosa simile anche per emacs.
Ho sentito che Outlook ha un spellcheck integrato, e madre Microsoft ti fornisce anche dei diversi language packs, ma questo e' off-topic qua ;)

Confermo che {ispell,aspell} si possono usare anche con emacs, basta impostare percorsi etc nella configurazione, cosa che in genere viene fatta all'installazione.
Sotto windows, aspell si può usare anche /standalone/ su un file di testo (l'ho testato alcuni anni fa)

auf der sfscon 2010 hatte Dr. K. Pöhl gesagt bei der Provinz wurde Visio durch ein FOSS Program ersetzt, weiß jemand welches Program benutzt wird?
