In Nordtirol gibt es zwar nicht FUSS, aber andere Linux-Clientumgebungen wie jene vom Bundesrealgymnasium/Realgymnasium für Berufstätige in Innsbruck. Deren Nutzerbasen werden von Samba V4 (d.h. Berufstätige Innsbruck sind wir als mitwirkende zu einer Präsentation des Systems eingeladen. Zur Historie: vor zwei Jahren haben wir mit dem Arbeitspaket TNschool für Samba V4 das BRG Innsbruck darin unterstützt ihre Infrastruktur basierend auf Linux Clients zu aktualisieren und in eine mittels Samba V4 verwaltetes Clientnetz zu verwandeln. Der Beitrag der DVT bestand darin die TSNschool Anbindung umzusetzen und bei diversen Detailfragen mit Know How zu unterstützen. Heuer zwei Jahre später ist das System in Produktion gegangen und die Schüler arbeiten mit den TSN Benutzern in der Linux Umgebung. Anlässlich des Produktivstarts lädt Reinhard Fink / der Verein Open Source on School zu einer Präsentation.
