Cari colleghi, vorrei porre alla vostra attenzione questa sentenza http://www.altalex.com/documents/news/2015/07/22/discrezionalita-amministra… E' pur vero che un dirigente pubblico si trova ad operare in regime di discrezionalità, però va SEMPRE ricordato che: "Discrezionalità non fa rima con arbitrarietà" I fatti di questi giorni evidenziano delle chiare responsabilità all'interno dei quadri dirigenziali della provincia. Essi sono ben informati sui dubbi dello studio Alpin e non potranno più dire "non sapevamo... pensavamo che..." Tanto più che cio che è successo in queste settimane sembra configurarsi più come una punta di un iceberg che non un fatto isolato. Saluti, diti

Ciao lista, Si parlava qualche giorno/settimana fa di come gli audit abbiano colpito la PA nell'ultimo periodo... e se gli audit/le verifiche fossero una strategia commerciale?
