August Wenn der JURI-Vorschlag durchgeht, werden in Zukunft wichtige Websites vom Netz verschwinden. Es scheint besser, sie jetzt vom Netz zu nehmen, als eine Demonstration, für ein paar Tage. Oder, etwas freundlicher, ihren Inhalt hinter einer "Fehlermeldungs"-Seite zu verstecken, s. folgende Beispiele: siehe Netzdemo Gegen Softwarepatente http://swpat.ffii.org/girzu/demo/index.de.html Die www.ffii.org Titelseite ist bereits so behandelt und wird bis nach der Abstimmung versteckt sein. Riunione dedicata a Debian?

Ciao, visto che Debian compie i 10 anni il 16 agosto, che ne direste di dedicare la riunione di domani a Debian? Potremo fare listare la nostra riunione qui: http://www.debconf.org/10years/ Saremo anche i primi in Italia. Poi in pratica non cambierebbe molto, darebbe solo un gesto simbolico... Ci sono varie novità rispetto alla vicenda iniziale e parecchi riferimenti alla questione degli IPR (Diritti di Proprietà Intellettuale) che la UE sta per esaminare. A tutti gli effetti l'infrastruttura tecnologica 'trusted' potrebbe rivelarsi il braccio operativo per rendere esecutiva questa direttiva. Ovviamente siete invitati a divulgare questo documento come meglio credete. Mauro ps.
